What You’ll Do
🌱 Talent Acquisition
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Support smooth onboarding and welcoming experiences for new hires
💬 Employee Engagement & Relations
- Be the go-to HR person employees feel comfortable talking to
- Help plan and run engagement activities (online & onsite)
- Handle employee questions, concerns, and basic conflict resolution
- Assist in creating and rolling out HR policies, announcements, and internal updates
⏱ Attendance & Performance Tracking
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and leave usage
- Help track performance documentation and review cycles
- Coordinate with managers on attendance or performance-related concerns
📊 HR Reports & Admin
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports (headcount, hiring status, attendance, attrition)
- Keep employee records organized, accurate, and confidential
- Support compliance documentation when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of HR experience, ideally with international or remote teams
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and general HR operations
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Familiar with HR tools, ATS, and Google Workspace / MS Office
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience supporting tech, web hosting, or startup environments
- Exposure to international HR practices
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws
